นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายเงื่อนไขการจองห้องพัก การชำระเงิน การยกเลิก การเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง และการคืนเงินของ Peaberry Place Hotel กรุณาอ่านก่อนทำการจองห้องพัก การส่งคำขอจองถือว่าท่านยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดในนโยบายนี้
1. การจองห้องพัก
- จองได้ผ่านแบบฟอร์มบนเว็บไซต์ โทรศัพท์ 083-119-0090 หรือ LINE OA: @peaberryplace
- หลังส่งคำขอจอง ทีมงานจะติดต่อกลับเพื่อยืนยันการจองภายใน 1 วันทำการ การจองจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันจากโรงแรมแล้วเท่านั้น
- กรุณาระบุชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลการเข้าพักให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ราคาห้องพักเป็นราคาต่อคืน รวมภาษีและค่าบริการแล้ว
2. การชำระเงิน
- ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเมื่อเช็คอินที่โรงแรม
- รองรับการชำระด้วย เงินสด โอนผ่านธนาคาร และพร้อมเพย์ (PromptPay)
- การจองปกติไม่ต้องชำระมัดจำล่วงหน้า ยกเว้นการจองแบบกลุ่ม (4 ห้องขึ้นไป) หรือการเข้าพักระยะยาว ซึ่งโรงแรมอาจขอเรียกเก็บมัดจำ โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบขณะยืนยันการจอง
3. การยกเลิกการจอง

4. การเปลี่ยนแปลงการจอง
- เปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักหรือประเภทห้องได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย หากแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2 วัน ก่อนวันเข้าพักเดิม
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่างในวันที่ต้องการ
- หากราคาห้องในวันใหม่สูงกว่าเดิม ผู้จองชำระส่วนต่างเมื่อเช็คอิน
5. กรณีไม่มาเข้าพัก (No-show)
- หากไม่มาเช็คอินภายในวันเข้าพัก และไม่ได้แจ้งให้โรงแรมทราบล่วงหน้า โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกการจองโดยอัตโนมัติ
- เริ่มเปิดเช็คอินตั้งแต่เที่ยงวันเป็นต้นไป และเปิดรับเช็คอินได้ต่อเนื่องตลอดคืน หากคาดว่าจะมาถึงดึกมาก แนะนำแจ้งเวลาถึงโดยประมาณล่วงหน้าทางโทรศัพท์หรือ LINE OA
- กรณีชำระมัดจำไว้ โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนมัดจำสำหรับการ No-show
6. การคืนเงิน
- กรณีมีสิทธิ์ได้รับเงินคืน (เช่น ยกเลิกตามเงื่อนไข หรือโรงแรมไม่สามารถให้บริการได้) โรงแรมจะคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางเดิมที่ชำระมา ภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ
- กรณีโรงแรมไม่สามารถให้บริการห้องพักตามที่จองได้ (เช่น เหตุสุดวิสัย) โรงแรมจะเสนอห้องพักประเภทเทียบเท่าหรือดีกว่า หรือคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
7. เช็คอินก่อนเวลา / เช็คเอาท์หลังเวลา
- เช็คอินได้ ตั้งแต่เที่ยงวันเป็นต้นไป (ต่อเนื่องตลอดคืน) / เช็คเอาท์ 12:00 น.
- เช็คอินก่อนเวลา (Early check-in) กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ล่วงหน้า เพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมของห้องพัก และอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม สามารถฝากสัมภาระไว้ก่อนได้
- เช็คเอาท์หลังเวลา (Late check-out) ถึง 14:00 น. ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย (กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า) หลังจากนั้นคิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องต่อคืน

This policy explains the terms for booking, payment, cancellation, changes to a reservation, and refunds at Peaberry Place Hotel. Please read it before making a booking — submitting a booking request means you accept all the terms in this policy.
1. Making a Reservation
- You can book via the website form, by phone at 083-119-0090, or via LINE OA: @peaberryplace.
- After you submit a booking request, our team will contact you to confirm the booking within 1 business day. A booking is only complete once confirmed by the hotel.
- Please provide your full name, phone number, and stay details accurately and completely.
- Room rates are quoted per night and already include tax and service charges.
2. Payment
- Payment is made in full at check-in at the hotel.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and PromptPay.
- Regular bookings do not require an advance deposit, except for group bookings (4 rooms or more) or extended stays, for which the hotel may request a deposit — you will be informed of this when your booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation

4. Changes to a Booking
- You may change your check-in date or room type once free of charge, if you give at least 2 days' notice before the original check-in date.
- Changes are subject to room availability on the new requested date.
- If the room rate on the new date is higher, you'll pay the difference at check-in.
5. No-show
- If you do not check in on your check-in date and have not notified the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking.
- Check-in opens from noon onwards and continues throughout the night. If you expect to arrive very late, we recommend letting us know your estimated arrival time in advance by phone or LINE OA.
- If a deposit was paid, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit in the event of a no-show.
6. Refunds
- If you are entitled to a refund (e.g. cancellation under the terms above, or the hotel is unable to provide the booked room), the hotel will refund via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- If the hotel is unable to provide the booked room (e.g. due to force majeure), the hotel will offer a comparable or better room type, or a full refund.
7. Early Check-in / Late Check-out
- Check-in is available from noon onwards (continuously throughout the night) / Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- For early check-in, please notify staff in advance so we can check room availability; additional charges may apply. Luggage storage is available beforehand.
- Late check-out up to 2:00 PM is free of charge (please notify us in advance); after that, a fee of 50% of one night's room rate applies.
