To ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, pleasant, and safe stay, please follow the hotel's house rules below.

1. Check-in / Check-out Times

• Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is available at reception.
• Check-in opens from noon onwards and continues throughout the night. If you need to check in early, please notify staff in advance so we can check room availability; additional charges may apply.

2. Documents Required for Check-in

• Thai guests: National ID card
• Foreign guests: Passport
• Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Minors must stay with a guardian.
• The hotel is required by hotel law to record guest information.

3. Smoking

• Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside rooms and in all common areas.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (please ask reception for the location).
• If smoking is found in a room, the hotel reserves the right to charge a special cleaning fee of 2,000 THB.

4. Pets

• We're sorry, but pets of any kind are not permitted.
• Exception: guide dogs for visually impaired guests (please notify us in advance).

5. Visitors

• Visitors may meet guests in the lobby area between 08:00 and 22:00.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted to go up to guest floors or stay overnight in a room.
• To add an extra guest, please inform reception to register and pay any applicable additional fee.

6. Noise

• Quiet hours: 22:00 - 08:00.
• Please refrain from loud noise, music, or parties inside your room.
• If more than 2 noise complaints are received, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund.

7. Damage to Hotel Property

• Guests are responsible for the actual cost of any damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their companions.
• Please check the condition of your room at check-in; report any pre-existing damage to reception immediately.
• Lost keys/keycards incur a replacement fee of 200 THB each.

8. Guests' Valuables

• Please keep valuables with you or deposit them at reception.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss of items left in rooms or common areas.
• Items left behind after check-out are kept for 30 days; please contact us to arrange collection within this period.

9. Security

• The building uses a 24-hour keycard access control system.
• Illegal items, flammable materials, weapons, or any hazardous objects are not permitted on the premises.
• Cooking with an open flame inside rooms is not permitted.
• In an emergency, contact reception or call 083-119-0090, available 24 hours.

10. Reservation of Rights

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without a refund for any guest who violates the rules above, causes disturbance to other guests, or engages in unlawful conduct on the premises.
